- Clutter not only affects our physical space but also our wellbeing. Create a living space free of items that no longer server you to allow positive energy flow into your life. - Natural light in room uplifts energy in a space. To enhance lighting, add a mirror to reflect natural light (of a positive view) and/or install natural light bulbs.
- Depending on the color scheme of your room, selectively add colors such as: yellow, green, hues of beige or flesh tone colors on walls or in window treatments, upholstery or decor accessories to support good health, healing and comfort.
- Have a picture or painting of something at truly makes you happy in bedroom or other living space.
- Add natural plants with rounded leaves for positive energy and wellbeing. Plants represent the Wood Element which promotes growth, nurturing and enhances energy in a room for better health, i.e., fresh flowery plants as well as the lucky bamboo (the longevity plant).
- Create a special space to meditate, read inspiring works and affirmations, as well as to practice yoga or Tai Chi.
- Use candles, incense, or oils for healing aromatherapy. Lavender for relaxing, Peppermint/Eucalyptus for energizing, Rose for joy and love.
- Sound therapy can be soothing as well as increase positive energy and focus. Play favorite music, hang chimes, or use sound healing drum.
